CAKES AND CREAM 
As lovely as our sponge cakes may be, we recommend they be consumed within three (3) days of collection, in order to enjoy its freshness in terms of taste and texture. We offer scrumptious, moist, beautifully decorated and breathtaking sponge and rich fruit cakes in butter cream icing and fondant icing. For weddings, landmark birthdays, anniversaries and so on, fondant icing will be ideal as the beauty of the cake will be more pronounced.
Guide for placing your orders (Please note that all orders will be processed after the confirmation of payment.)
  Sponge cake butter cream icing – minimum of 48hours
  Sponge cake fondant icing (one tier, simple design) – minimum of 48hours
  Sponge cake fondant icing (2-tier and above, customized) – minimum of one week
  Rich fruit cake (2.5 inches) requires at least 2 weeks after confirmation of payment for both butter cream icing and fondant icing.
  Wedding cakes - minimum one month (Cakes ordered less than one month attracts extra charges)
The RICH FRUIT Cakes, traditionally believed to be the best when it comes to weddings  contains dried mixed fruits, almonds, cherries and alcohol, used as preservative. Cakes made from these ingredients can actually keep for years if properly stored. Brides-to-be contracting us however, can also have varieties of sponge cakes as their wedding cakes for the same price as the rich fruit cake.
For wedding cakes, brides are advised to place orders three months or minimum of one month before their wedding day.  Orders placed less than a month attract late order charges.
