As lovely as our sponge cakes may be, we recommend they be consumed within three (3) days of collection, in order to enjoy its freshness in terms of taste and texture. We offer scrumptious, moist, beautifully decorated and breathtaking sponge and rich fruit cakes in butter cream icing and fondant icing. For weddings, landmark birthdays, anniversaries and so on, fondant icing will be ideal as the beauty of the cake will be more pronounced. more
